Garden Path was tasked with creating a complete outdoor environment — one that could accommodate the full range of how a family actually lives outside. Relaxation, entertainment, quiet retreat, and evening gathering each demanded their own space, their own character, and their own relationship to the home.
Designed for relaxation and entertainment, this space includes an 18’ by 36’ custom, vinyl pool surrounded by luxurious, natural stone coping and patio areas.
Two covered porches offer comfortable outdoor living with a fireplace, outdoor kitchen, and ample relaxation and reprieve from the sun.
A lower tiered patio is home to a secluded spa and a custom, wood-burning fire pit for cooler seasons. The entire space was fitted with lush landscaping and LED lighting to highlight this beautiful home and invite you to come outside and enjoy!

Materials & Craftsmanship
Each material was selected for its relationship to the home’s farmhouse character, its longevity in the Ohio climate, and its contribution to a palette that feels rooted rather than imposed.
Cashmere Limestone Coping & Pavers — The primary hardscape material throughout the pool deck and patio areas. Cashmere limestone’s warm, consistent tone anchors the palette and provides a refined surface that improves with age and weather.
Limestone Caps & Stair Treads — Used at wall tops and transitions between levels, limestone caps provide a clean, finished edge that reinforces the material continuity across every elevation of the property.
Kentucky Fieldstone Veneer — Applied to the retaining walls and masonry features throughout, Kentucky Fieldstone introduces texture, depth, and a distinctly regional character that grounds the project in its Ohio setting. Its irregular coursing contrasts deliberately with the precision of the cut limestone above.
